Ordering Goods and Services

Purchase Procedure

  1. Selecting Products:
    Add products to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout.

  2. Checkout:
    Enter your personal details, choose your delivery method and payment option, then confirm by clicking “Buy Now.”

  3. Order Confirmation:
    Once you complete the order, you will see a confirmation message and receive an email with all order details (products, quantities, total price, and delivery fee).
    If you do not receive confirmation within 15 minutes, your order was not successfully submitted.

  4. Order Processing:
    After confirmation, we will check stock availability. If an item cannot be delivered within the specified time, you will be informed by email.


Cancelling or Changing an Order

Customers can cancel or modify an order by replying to the confirmation email or contacting us at [email protected] before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, changes are no longer possible.


Prices and Promotional Offers

All prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Delivery costs are added at checkout.

Shipping and Delivery

All packages are discreetly packed.
Delivery is carried out exclusively by GLS within the European Union.

Shipping details:

  • Carrier: GLS (door delivery or GLS Parcel Locker)

  • Shipping area: EU countries only

  • Delivery time: Normally within 1–3 working days inside Slovenia, and 3–7 working days across the EU.

  • Delivery fees: Calculated according to GLS tariffs and displayed at checkout.

  • If GLS cannot deliver, the package will be available for pickup at the nearest GLS Parcel Locker or Pickup Point (card payment may be required).

  • Personal pickup in our Ljubljana store is free of charge.


Retention of Title

All delivered goods remain the property of I AM PANDA d.o.o. until full payment has been received.


Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without stating any reason.
To withdraw, send an email to [email protected].

The goods must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging within 30 days of the withdrawal notice.
Customers bear the cost of return shipping.

Refunds, including the product price and delivery fee, will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method used for purchase.

The right of withdrawal is defined by the Consumer Protection Act of the Republic of Slovenia (ZVPot).


Defective Goods and Warranty

In accordance with consumer protection laws, customers may report defective products to [email protected] within two months of discovering the defect.

You may request:

  • repair,

  • replacement,

  • partial refund, or

  • full refund if repair or replacement is not possible.

The warranty does not apply in cases of misuse, negligence, unauthorized tampering, or mechanical damage.


Liability

The Company is not responsible for any problems resulting from improper use of products. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the website or full accuracy of all information published.
We reserve the right to cancel any order in the case of a major pricing or availability error.


Complaints and Disputes

We comply with Slovenian consumer protection laws and aim to resolve any disputes amicably.

If an amicable solution is not possible, disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the District Court of Ljubljana, Slovenia.

1. Overview

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason you are not, you have the right to return your order or request a refund under the conditions set out below.

All returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive and the Consumer Protection Act of the Republic of Slovenia (ZVPot).


2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

Conditions:

  • The goods must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of notifying us of your withdrawal.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.


3. Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Products that have been altered, damaged, or used

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We will open a case with GLS. Once the loss is confirmed, we will either:

  • Send a replacement order, or

  • Issue a full refund.


6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 working days and automatically credited to your original payment method.


7. Exchanges

Exchanges are possible only for products of equal or higher value (with additional payment if applicable).
