ORAL USE: Spray 2–3 times into the mouth and gargle for at least one minute. Then spit out the liquid. The effect lasts up to 1 hour.
TOPICAL USE: Spray 2–3 times onto your hands and rub onto desired areas (neck, armpits, etc.). The effect lasts 3–5 hours.

Use the product 30 minutes in advance.
Shake well before use!
